Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 4+ years in shipping/related fields or 520 hours as Imagine temp with manager approval.
• ERP system experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage outgoing shipments using integrated shipping software.
• Schedule carriers for truckload and LTL; prepare bills of lading and invoices.
• Assist with loading/unloading and pallet preparation.
• Follow client delivery guidelines (appointments, badge requirements).
• Investigate delivery delays or discrepancies.
• Oversee fleet management for trucks; ensure maintenance and DMV compliance.
• Support safety by keeping workspace clean and reporting hazards.
• Meet productivity and quality standards and work overtime as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
