The Shipping Specialist manages daily outgoing freight operations to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective product delivery. This role is responsible for preparing shipments, utilizing the My Courier tracking portal , and coordinating directly with external freight carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and regional motor freight lines .

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrier Coordination: Schedule, book, and route outgoing shipments using UPS , FedEx , and various Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) motor freight carriers.
