Job summary

delinebox in Denver is seeking an experienced Logistics and Shipping Manager to oversee finished goods, warehousing, in-bound and out-bound logistics, and traffic flow. You will direct the Shipping staff and coordinate daily schedules to meet internal and external customer expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or Logistics and 10+ years in logistics/distribution management, preferably in the corrugated industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of Logistics and Distribution management experience.
• Experience in the Corrugated industry strongly preferred.
• Certified ability to safely operate a forklift strongly preferred.
• Related inventory or distribution certificates strongly preferred (APICS CPIM or CLTD).

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping staff and scheduling to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and warehousing operations.
• Analyze routes, carriers, and locations to optimize costs and service.
• Ensure accurate shipping paperwork and records, including POs and B/Ls.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and storage management.
• Develop process improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels.
