Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of formal management skills training program.
• Two or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs shipping personnel on assigned shift.
• Ensures production orders are filled and distribution is on schedule.
• Adjusts personnel to cover absenteeism and emergencies.
• Reviews documents for accuracy; identifies and eliminates errors.
• Maintains cleanliness of the work area and ensures compliance with work rules.
• Participates in disciplinary action processes as necessary.
• Follows company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, etc.).
• Performs other duties integral to the job.
