Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and coach shipping and warehouse staff; manage performance.
• Set procedures for order handling, packaging, labeling, documentation, and returns.
• Coordinate readiness and priorities with Operations, Customer Service, production, inventory, and suppliers.
• Select carriers, review service and rates, schedule pickups, resolve delivery issues.
