Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations within ERP and systems.
• Prepare Bills of Lading and shipping documentation.
• Ensure orders are goods issued and processed by end of day.
• Perform loading audits against load sheets and photos.
• Coordinate daily load planning and tendering through systems.
• Provide freight quotations and support transportation planning.
• Communicate shipment updates to stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain internal record-keeping; ensure customs documentation is complete.
• Assist in inventory counts and KPI achievement.
