Job summary

Etna Supply is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Wixom, MI to oversee daily shipping operations and coordinate truck routing. You will work closely with customers, sales, customer service, branch personnel, and drivers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in logistics or dispatching preferred. A valid chauffeur's license and ability to operate standard equipment may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related training optional.
• Experience in logistics, distribution, or dispatching preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA requirements and local regs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping operations and truck routing.
• Coordinate deliveries, manage schedules, and track orders.
• Handle shipping issues with customers, sales, and drivers.
