Job summary

Sazerac Company in Jeffersonville, IN seeks a Fleet Coordinator to manage fleet dispatch, schedule pickups, and ensure compliance with FMCSA, FRA, PHMSA and Liquor Transporter permits. You will coordinate loads, process BOLs and manifests, and support shipping and distribution activities.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with ERP/TMS systems, MS Office, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years relevant experience.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loads assigned to Sazerac Transportation.
• Manage appointment system for Sazerac Transportation to ensure all loads are scheduled on time.
• Ensure all internal customer expectations are met.
• Ensures work flow; organizes orders and ensures drop equipment loaded by requested ship date; ship confirms orders in ERP; processes BOL and manifests.
• Checks daily and monthly shipping reports; and tracks shipping errors, code freight invoices, and prints load plan picks.
• Execute processes, reports and data entry in SYS21 and TMS.
• Partner with internal and external customers to enhance reports, process flow and communications related to transportation and purchase orders.
