Job summary

Etna Supply is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Receiving associate to support warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and delivery activities while ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will pull, package, inspect, label, and ship orders, receive materials, and assist customers at the counter. Valid CDL and DOT medical certificate preferred, with a focus on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Basic adding, subtracting and division skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Read and follow maps.
• Possess certificate or pass powered industrial equipment operator exam.
• Must have Plumbing/Waterworks knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Pull, package, assemble, and stage orders accurately.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and properly store incoming materials.
• Label and mark products for shipment or customer pick-up.
• Maintain accurate receiving records, freight bills, and documentation.
• Assist customers at the counter by entering orders, pricing, and preparing orders for pick-up.
• Delivery & Driving (Backup as Needed).
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely.
• Complete deliveries promptly and professionally when assigned.
• Communicate delivery updates or issues to the supervisor.
• Perform scheduled daily vehicle fluid checks when driving.
• Report vehicle defects and track scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
