Qualifications

• Must read and interpret order sheets, labels, and instructions.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and verification.
• Proficient with handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Minimum 1 year forklift operator experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, and handle items in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring efficient handling of materials.
• Replenish and move products on pallet racks to maintain organized inventory.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by documenting movements and storage locations.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure they meet quality standards and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with receiving clerks and order pickers to ensure timely placement of materials in designated locations.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on material handling equipment and report issues promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
