Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc Supply Chain in Olive Branch, MS is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accuracy in primary and reserve locations. The role focuses on counting, SKU management, and coordinating with MOD and PKMS/WMOS systems. Onsite position with safety-focused practices and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in inventory control, basic math skills, and strong communication abilities. Forklift experience is preferred along with Excel and AS400 familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inventory Control.
• This is an onsite, in-office role.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Ability to multitask within the inventory control department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support MOD functions by ordering out SKUs and tracking deliveries.
• Process damaged SKUs and manage SKU lookups, location moves, and picking.
• Perform cycle counting at reserve and picking locations.
• Research inventory variances and SKUs on the lock code report.
• Utilize PKMS and WMOS to split/move cases as needed.
• Investigate cycle counts and inventory-related errors; provide feedback.
• Perform space, location, dock, and drop zone audits.
