Old-Castle-Building-Envelop in Perrysburg, OH seeks a Loader/Unloader I to move glass and metal, prepare orders, and support Shipping.

Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, able to lift 75 lbs, stand long hours, and work in a production environment; starting pay $24.70/hr with potential raises.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work with deadlines; overtime when required.
• Work performed inside a production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs unassisted.
• Ability to stand on your feet for 8-10 hours per day on a concrete floor.
• Noise levels in the work environment can be moderate to high.
• Plant facility is subject to climate conditions of the region.

• Preparing orders for delivery (organizing, securing glass for transport)
• Perform work as assigned by Supervisor.

What You’ll Get to Do

The Loader/Unloader I is focused on moving material including glass and/or metal from one position/location to another to expedite the product throughout the plant. To include on/off-loading of the product from tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates and reports to the Shipping Supervisor.

This role is perfect for an individual who has an attention to detail (safety, quality, efficiency) strong work ethic/reliability and is a problem solver. A vital member of the Shipping Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• On/off-loading of the product from tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates
• Preparing orders for delivery (organizing, securing glass for transport)
• Perform work as assigned by Supervisor.

Starting pay is $24.70 per hour.
