Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to load and move materials within the plant and yard. You will operate forklifts and overhead cranes, assist in staging cargo, and help keep shipping operations running smoothly at our Conyers, GA facility.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3–6 months related experience, and forklift experience. The role is onsite with full benefits described in the job posting. We value reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–6 months related experience or training.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Ability to read and understand job specifications.

Responsibilities

• Load docks, delivery vehicles, and shipping containers by hand or power equipment.
• Move freight and materials to and from storage or manufacturing areas.
• Process, sort and stage cargo to prevent damage during loading.
• Understand daily shipping department operations.
• Operate overhead crane up to 50,000 lb capacity and forklift up to 30,000 lb capacity.
• Open containers and secure materials for transport.
• Record materials moved on daily production sheets.
• General yard duties and basic computer skills.
