Job summary

Tempur Sealy International is hiring a Shipping Loader in Washington for entry-level to mid-level production support. The role focuses on loading and organizing shipments, verifying tags, and ensuring accurate load sequences in a fast-paced facility.

Pay starts at $23.60 per hour with overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates can lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long shifts, and commit to shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a standing position for a minimum 8 hours per shift.
• Must be willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Verify tags to match the load number and that the tag is scanned.
• Organize load within the trailer according to the order of stops.
• Reviews the shipping order to ensure all items have been loaded
• Assist with operating or loading the palletizer for Costco products.
• Must be able to perform each essential job function.
• Cleans work area and follows proper safety procedures.
• Sweeps floors as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a standing position for a minimum 8 hours or more per shift.
• Frequent walking, squatting, turning, twisting, pushing, bending, etc. in a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attendance—must be reliable and punctual.
• Must be willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
