JOB DETAILS

• Monday-Thursday (Onsite) 10-hour shifts
• 2nd Shift (5pm-3:30am)
• Occasional Friday overtime with advance notice
• Base Pay $19.00 + $2 Shift Differential
• $1000 New Employee Sign-on Bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, organize, and manually load windows from finished goods into trailers according to the stops list on the shipping pack list, using hand carts.
• Operate without forklift assistance in the shipping department.
• Ensure all units are secured properly to prevent damage and promote safe unloading for carriers and customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read production labels, paperwork, and accurately match batch and order numbers.
• Ability to work collaboratively and assist cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of basic shipping procedures and safety guidelines during loading and dock work.
• Experience with shipping software preferred.
• Commitment to the company's mission and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Physical ability to lift/move 50-100 lbs regularly.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
