Occasional Friday overtime – with advance notice

• Base Pay $21.00

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Loader is responsible for collecting, organizing, and manually loading windows from finished goods into trailers in order of stops listed on the shipping pack list, using hand carts.
• This role does not involve the use of forklifts in the shipping department.
• The Loader must ensure all units are secured properly to prevent damage and promote safe unloading for outsourced carriers and customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read production labels and paperwork, and accurately match batch and/or order numbers.
• Ability to work as part of a team and assist cross-functionally as needed.
• Knowledge of basic shipping procedures and safety guidelines during loading and dock work.
• Previous experience with shipping software is preferred.
• Ability to work in accordance with the company's mission, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Must meet physical demands of the position, including lifting/moving 50-100 lbs regularly.
