JOB DETAILS

1. Monday-Thursday (Onsite) 10-hour shifts
2. 2nd Shift (5pm-3:30am)
3. Occasional Friday overtime – with advance notice
4. Base Pay: $21.00

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. The Loader is responsible for collecting, organizing, and manually loading windows from finished goods into trailers according to the stops list on the shipping pack list, using hand carts.
2. The shipping department does not use forklifts.
3. The Loader must ensure all units are secured properly to prevent damage and ensure safe unloading for carriers and customers.

Qualifications

1. Ability to read production labels, paperwork, and accurately match batch and order numbers.
2. Ability to work as part of a team and assist cross-functionally.
3. Knowledge of basic shipping practices and adherence to safety guidelines during loading and dock work.
4. Previous experience with shipping software.
5. Ability to work in line with the company's mission and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
6. Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
7. Must be able to lift/move 50-100 lbs regularly to meet the physical demands of the role.
