Job summary

Core Health & Fitness in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Shipping Lead - Spare Parts to oversee day-to-day shipping operations, including pre-packing, picking, packing, and QC checks for parts. You will manage four stations and coordinate schedules to meet daily ship targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in a fast-paced warehouse, HS diploma, and experience with MS Word/Excel/Outlook; Oracle/WMS exposure is a plus. We offer equal opportunity and HR support.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse software and MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of safety in warehousing and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage department and order flow; set daily schedules for four stations.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status via email, website, or phone.
• Troubleshoot shipping delays and quality issues to meet goals.
• Assist supervisor with paperwork, data entry, and records.
• Ensure accuracy of picked items and proper packing QC.
• Maintain inventory levels and daily shipment targets.
