Job summary

Mastronardi Produce is seeking a logistics supervisor to lead a team in Jonestown, PA, overseeing shipping, scheduling and order fulfillment. You will manage NAV ERP pick tickets, generate reports, and ensure compliance with relevant FDA/USDA standards.

Experience in a leadership role in food logistics is preferred; MS Office and WMS familiarity are required. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in shipping/receiving or related environment; food industry experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English and manage large teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a team of associates, encouraging teamwork and providing training.
• Ensure product is slotted/shipped correctly.
• Follow commodity allocations and change orders.
• Coordinate to fill orders in a timely fashion.
• Enter pick tickets in the NAV ERP.
• Create regular reports and statistics daily, weekly and monthly.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
