Job summary

Mastronardi Produce is seeking an Commodity Inventory Controller for the A1 Day Shift in Jonestown, PA. The role requires supervising daily allocations and ensuring quality control for inventory in a refrigerated warehouse.

Responsibilities include coordinating with production, shipping, and receiving teams, updating daily plans, and maintaining clear communication. On-site work with a focus on accuracy and efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English with professional written communication.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and own deadlines.
• Willing to learn product/industry knowledge and adapt to warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and sign off on product quality in inventory and at the dock.
• Support supervisors in planning daily Production and Sales Order allocations.
• Communicate changes to allocations and plans as needed.
• Follow up to ensure rework is allocated and scheduled.
• Ensure allocations are updated and distributed throughout the day.
• Coordinate with Commodity, Production and Shipping teams on expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with schedulers and managers.
• Coordinate with Receiving on load priorities and product specs.
