FOX Factory Holding Corp. in Minnesota is seeking a Shipping Lead to supervise and assist the shipping team and ensure accurate, timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.

You will monitor records, coordinate shipping priorities, and supervise loading operations in a manufacturing environment. The role requires 2+ years in a warehouse setting, HS diploma, and strong MS Office/Excel skills, with the ability to read and write English and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment using record keeping and internal computer systems to access and document shipping records preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, strong Excel knowledge.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Keeps records on incoming shipments.
• Monitors incoming shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
• Verifies accuracy of shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records.
• Directs movement of shipments from shipping area to storage and/or work areas.
• Prepares required department records and reports.
• Trains and assists workers in shipping and receiving activities.
