Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a Receiving and Shipping Specialist at our Baxter, MN location. You will receive and inspect all incoming products, document conditions, and coordinate with shippers to resolve damages and shortages.

You will assist shipping of completed components and return defective material as needed. The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs., attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to use tools safely without damaging product.
• Able to understand and execute detailed instructions.
• Able to describe and document details.

Responsibilities

• Unpacks and inspects incoming shipments, rejects damaged items and records shortages.
• Communicates with shipper to rectify damages and shortages; documents product condition.
• Assembles/reassembles components and ensures correct fit and fastenings.
• Advises Service Manager when supplies are needed.
• Supports shipping of completed components to customers and returns defective material to vendors.
• Maintains a safe, clean and organized work environment per procedures and safety rules.
