Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions in Shelton, CT is seeking a Shipping Lead / Class A Shipping Associate to manage day-to-day shipping and receiving. You will lead three team members, prepare and track outgoing shipments, and ensure accuracy of paperwork and inventory.

The role requires strong computer skills, organization, and the ability to coordinate with office staff in a fast-paced environment. Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $25 based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience required.
• Lead, supervisory, or team coordination experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with shipping/inventory systems.
• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with both warehouse and office employees.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
