Job summary

Ecore International is seeking a Shipping Lead to drive daily shipping operations and support team members in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Pennsylvania. You will coordinate priorities, train staff, and oversee workflow to ensure accurate, safe, and timely shipments and receipts.

The role requires leadership experience, forklift operation, and proficiency with ERP systems. Responsibilities include training, audits, onboarding, and acting as backup Shipping Supervisor when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent manufacturing/shipping experience.
• Minimum 1 year of shipping and receiving experience.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience.
• Strong computer skills with inventory systems or ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities and establish priorities.
• Train, coach, and support Shipping Clerks on processes and systems.
• Serve as backup Shipping Supervisor during vacations or absences.
• Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate freight movement.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation.
• Move materials, monitor shipments, and work with cross-functional teams.
