Reporting To: Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor

Your Role and Responsibilities

Job Summary: Responsible for leading, communicating, and directing distribution associates through daily activities, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping to meet daily goals and objectives.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

1. Lead, communicate, and direct distribution associates focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
2. Perform process audits to ensure compliance with documented procedures.
3. Participate actively on the floor to direct daily activities and ensure efficient operations.
4. Capture daily performance data to identify methods for performance improvement.
5. Maintain work priorities and monitor system communications to ensure timely completion of tasks.
6. Attend and contribute to pre-shift meetings to discuss safety, quality, plans, and staffing.
7. Provide feedback on associate performance, behavior, and attendance to supervisors.
8. Follow safety guidelines and use PPE at all times.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications for the Role

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced distribution environment; high school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience is a plus; working knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Ability to operate power industrial equipment.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of distribution operations; ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly; comfortable working at heights and various module levels.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; adaptable to changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented and team-focused; flexible to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
