This position reports to

Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor


Your role and responsibilities

Job Summary: Responsible for leading, communicating and directing distribution associates through daily activities while emphasizing safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping to meet daily goals and objectives.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  1. Lead, communicate, and direct distribution associates through daily activities focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
  2. Perform process audits to ensure compliance with documented procedures.
  3. Participate actively on the floor to direct daily activities and ensure efficient flow and movement of associates.
  4. Capture daily performance data to identify methods for performance improvement.
  5. Maintain awareness of work priorities.
  6. Monitor systems and communicate with internal/external customers to ensure timely completion of work.
  7. Attend and contribute to 'Pre-Shift' meetings to share information on safety, quality, plans, and staffing.
  8. Provide feedback on associate performance, behavior, and attendance to supervisors.
  9. Follow safety guidelines and use PPE at all times.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications for the role
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced distribution environment. High School Diploma or equivalent. Supervisory experience is a plus. Working knowledge of warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to operate power industrial equipment.
  • Basic computer skills and understanding of distribution operations. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly, work at heights, and perform tasks requiring climbing, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, team-focused, flexible to work different shifts, and available for overtime.
