Job summary

CMC is seeking a Maintenance Support Technician in Durant, OK. You will assist maintenance staff, participate in safety programs, and help ensure production runs smoothly. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Rotating shifts including weekends/holidays may be required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with safety as a priority.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance personnel when requested or needed.
• Participate in safety programs and uphold safety culture.
• Communicate production issues, concerns, and needs effectively.
• Ensure daily equipment inspection reports are completed each shift.
• Perform minor routine maintenance or repairs.
• Contribute to daily housekeeping and work area cleanliness.
• Troubleshoot issues using knowledge and team communication.
• Follow start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain safe work practices and use PPE as required.
