Job summary

CMC is seeking a hands-on team member to support maintenance, safety, and daily operations at our facilities. You will assist maintenance staff, participate in safety programs, and communicate production issues to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, basic computer skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance personnel when requested or needed.
• Participate in safety programs and uphold the safety culture.
• Communicate production issues and needs effectively with the team.
• Complete equipment inspection reports each shift.
• Maintain daily housekeeping in the work area and surrounding spaces.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately and follow PPE guidelines.
• Perform tasks as directed by operations support management in a safe, timely manner.
• Troubleshoot work-related problems using job knowledge and teamwork.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and manage shipping/holding areas.
