Job summary

Digital Check Corp. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Shipping Associate to prepare shipments, pull products from inventory, and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and good condition.

You will maintain inventories, count quantities, report discrepancies, process work orders in NetSuite, weigh shipments, palletize, and coordinate with carriers. Basic Excel and Netsuite familiarity, forklift certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Netsuite ERP preferred.
• Forklift certified or willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct part numbers and quantities.
• Pack orders to protect during shipment and weigh final packages.
• Scan and label orders, ensure accuracy and absence of damage.
• Process work orders in NetSuite and palletize units for shipment.
• Maintain inventory, count quantities, and report discrepancies.
