Job summary

Natera in Pleasanton, CA is seeking an on-site Warehouse Associate to handle shipping, receiving, and kit assembly. You will enter data, maintain inventory, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while supporting ERP systems and daily cycle counts. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Computer proficiency required.
Experience with FedEx/UPS/DHL shipping preferred.
1-2 years in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Ship and prepare shipments.
Maintain inventory of kits and shipping supplies.
Data entry using spreadsheets and ERP.
Manage work orders and documentation.
Pick and pack materials with accuracy.
Enter work order information and approve receipts.
Use ERP to manage inventory.
Conduct regular cycle counts.
Meet on-time order processing targets.
Troubleshoot carrier issues.
Stock materials and build outgoing kits.
Perform other duties as assigned.
