The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, warehouse experience, and proficiency with MS Office; Syteline ERP experience is a plus. Salary starting at $20/hr with a Monday-Thursday 10am-8pm shift.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse/shipping/receiving or inventory experience preferred.
• ERP experience (Syteline) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments using efficient shipping methods.
• Create bills of lading and verify shipments against work orders.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and deliveries.
• Sort, package, label, and organize inventory.
• Deliver materials to appropriate departments and locations.
• Track and resolve shipment issues and obtain proof of delivery.
• Support warehouse organization and 5S initiatives.
• Participate in weekly cycle counts and inventory control.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Obtain freight quotes and coordinate shipments.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, hand dollies, and forklifts.
