Job summary

JBS Foods is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Colorado to oversee scale operations, manual reweigh processes, and palletized loading. The role requires rigorous sanitation, inventory accuracy, and safe handling of heavy loads.

You will use Telxon equipment to fulfill customer orders and ensure timely deliveries in a cold warehouse environment. Candidates should be able to pass a Prove It test, read English proficiently, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic operations.
• Ability to pass a Prove It test.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and handle pallets safely.
• Valid forklift and pallet jack license or ability to obtain one.
• Experience working in a cold environment.
• Willingness to learn new procedures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the auto scale and reweigh station.
• Manually scale and maintain equipment at the reweigh station.
• Stack boxes weighing 45–50 pounds on pallets by product code.
• Assist with rework, repair cases and identify returns.
• Submit daily scale adjustment reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Keep work area clean through daily sanitation.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Load trucks by hand and with equipment up to 50 pounds per case.
• Fulfill customer orders accurately using Telxon equipment.
