Job summary

JBS USA is hiring a Shipping Coordinator to oversee daily shipping operations at our facility in Colorado. You will operate the scale, assist with rework, and ensure accurate pallet loading and order fulfillment using Telxon equipment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lb, working in a cold environment, and complying with safety, quality, and attendance standards. A forklift/pallet jack license or ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Proficient basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide/percent).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Forklift and pallet jack license or ability to obtain one.
• Willing to work in a cold environment and adapt to varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate the auto scale and perform basic maintenance.
• Manually scale at reweigh station.
• Stack boxes weighing 45-50 pounds on pallets by product code.
• Assist with rework and identify cases for return.
• Ensure inventory accuracy with daily scale adjustment reports.
• Maintain sanitation and safety policies.
• Load trucks and prepare orders using Telxon equipment.
• Fill customer orders accurately using Telxon.
