Job summary

Tempus Technologies, a subsidiary of PNC, is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Auburn, IN to ensure on-time fulfillment of customer orders. You will review orders in NetSuite, pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments for FedEx pickups while maintaining inventory accuracy and shipping quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of related warehouse/shipping/logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) or similar ERP is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Basic computer proficiency including data entry and order processing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable work ethic and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify customer orders in ERP (NetSuite) for accuracy and completeness.
• Pick products from inventory according to order requirements.
• Inspect items for accuracy, quality, and condition prior to shipment.
• Package products securely to prevent damage during transportation.
• Generate packing slips, shipping documentation, and FedEx labels.
• Complete shipment processing and inventory transactions in ERP (NetSuite).
• Stage completed shipments for scheduled FedEx pickup.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe shipping area.
• Report inventory discrepancies or shipping issues to management.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives as needed.
