Job summary

Sciaky Inc. is seeking an experienced warehouse inventory associate in Illinois. The role handles inventory transactions in Epicor, verifies incoming shipments, and updates stock records accurately.

You will prepare customer shipments, generate packing slips, and process shipping documents while coordinating with Purchasing, Production, and Sales to resolve shortages. Additionally, you will inspect materials for damage and operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods within the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience processing inventory transactions in Epicor.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and condition against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Process receipts in the Epicor ERP system and ensure inventory is updated accurately.
• Prepare customer shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and generating shipping documentation.
• Create and process shipping transactions, packing slips, and tracking information in Epicor.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Sales to resolve discrepancies and material shortages.
• Inspect incoming materials for visible damage and report issues to Purchasing or Quality.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties.
