Job summary

Targeted Creative Communications, Inc. is seeking a warehouse specialist to manage inventory in Epicor, receive shipments, and update stock levels. You will handle picking, packing, and shipping documentation to ensure accurate fulfillment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Purchasing, Production, and Sales to resolve shortages, inspecting inbound material, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks as required in a fast-paced Chicago warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience processing inventory transactions in Epicor.
• Understanding of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and condition against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Process receipts in the Epicor ERP system and ensure inventory is updated accurately.
• Prepare customer shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and generating shipping documentation.
• Create and process shipping transactions, packing slips, and tracking information in Epicor.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Sales to resolve discrepancies and material shortages.
• Inspect incoming materials for visible damage and report issues to Purchasing or Quality.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
• Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties.
