Job summary

Sciaky Inc., based in Chicago, IL, is seeking a warehouse professional to manage inventory using Epicor and ensure accurate receiving, put-away, and shipping documentation. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Production and Sales to resolve discrepancies, inspect incoming materials, and operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to maintain safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inventory transactions in Epicor ERP.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and condition against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Process receipts in the Epicor ERP system and ensure inventory is updated accurately.
• Prepare customer shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and generating shipping documentation.
• Create and process shipping transactions, packing slips, and tracking information in Epicor.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Sales to resolve discrepancies and material shortages.
• Inspect incoming materials for visible damage and report any issues to Purchasing or Quality.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
• Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties
