Job summary

Ravago Manufacturing Americas in Solon, Ohio is seeking a Shipping Clerk / Warehouseman Associate to manage shipment paperwork and support inventory control. You will handle inbound/outbound documents, carrier paperwork, and maintain accurate records for warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, operating forklift, reconciling inventory, and ensuring accurate packaging details. A minimum of 3 years in warehousing and forklift certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a warehouse setting and with shipping documents.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Microsoft suite: Outlook, Excel - Required (Teams, SharePoint).
• Ground shipment experience and forklift/warehouse experience.
• Haz-Mat experience a plus.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage the warehouse email box.
• Prepare and gather all necessary shipment paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare Fedex/UPS or other ground carrier shipments as needed.
• Assist as needed with RCNA warehouse duties.
• Perform warehouse operations as directed in RCNA manned warehouses.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse machinery to unload, load and move materials daily.
• Reconcile warehouse inventory to supplied paperwork.
• Ensure accuracy of lots, packaging codes, nomenclature, weight, supplier, etc.
• Ensure shipments/receipts are handled per RCNA Warehouse SOP.
• Communicate damaged material with appropriate persons (Claims, Receiving, etc.).
• Be the point of contact for work order lot issues in the warehouse.
• Analyze open pack out/open transfers reports to schedule/complete work orders.
• Coordinate with CSR, Buyer, Claims Coordinator & Inventory Coordinators regarding work orders.
• Update reports for month-end reporting as needed.
• Perform adjustments to close out small pounds or rounding calculations as needed.
• Liaise between inventory, customer service, purchasing and warehouse.
• Serve as primary warehouse contact for RCNA shipment processing and Kent location inventory.
• Ensure all documentation is current and adhered to.
• Other duties as assigned.
