Job summary

Ravago Americas is seeking a 1st Shift Shipping & Receiving Supervisor in Medina, OH. The role entails overseeing daily warehouse logistics, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, and documentation, while leading a team and maintaining a safe, efficient environment.

The supervisor will ensure quality, packaging, and safety requirements are met, coach staff, and implement process improvements within ISO 9001 frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 4+ years of related experience in a supervisory logistics role.
• Experience reading BOLs, packing slips, and technical documentation.
• Leadership and coaching skills with strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping operations: supervise outbound shipment prep, staging, loading, and verify shipping documents.
• Oversee receiving operations: supervise unloading, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper material flow from receiving to storage to production; perform cycle counts.
• Lead and schedule shipping & receiving team members; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and quality management processes; participate in internal audits and safety programs.
• Train associates on procedures, equipment, and safety practices; maintain records of training.
