Job summary

UniFirst Corporation is hiring a Production Team Partner in the Shipping Department to help keep customers on schedule by ensuring on-time delivery of garments. The role offers a 5-day work week with Saturdays and Sundays off and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions using standard units.

Responsibilities

• Prepare garments to be shipped back to customer locations.
• Organize garments by route and stop number.
• Store garments until shipment back to the customer.
• Handle final inspection to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Prepare garments for poly bagging/wrapping.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management
