Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to obtain forklift operator certification.
• Broad knowledge of distribution center methods and procedures.
• Ability to read daily goals and determine material needs from work orders.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for forklift operations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate a stand-up forklift for a full shift.
• Resilience to work in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate dock stockers, reach trucks, turret trucks, and forklifts to load and transport products within the warehouse.
• Complete orders by processing pick tickets and shuttling pallets for final processing.
• Interact with management software and label printers; read work orders to determine assignments.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support cross-training in other distribution center functions and adhere to safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning parts to proper locations.
