The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work with management software and printers. Training and cross-functional support are available as part of a comprehensive distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years forklift operation experience in a warehouse/distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift operator certification.
• Familiar with distribution center methods and procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate dock stockers, reach trucks, turret trucks, and forklifts to load and transport products.
• Complete orders by processing pick tickets and shuttling pallets.
• Interact with management software and label printers; read work orders to determine material needs.
• Perform lifting and material handling up to 50 lbs. and maintain safety.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning parts and keeping area clean and safe.
• Support cross-training in other distribution center functions and perform forklift inspections.
