Stanley Black & Decker in Northlake, TX is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator for 3rd shift. This role loads, transports, and ships products using dock stockers, reach trucks, turret trucks, and forklifts, completing orders with pick tickets and pallet moves.

You will work with scanners and label printers, maintain inventory accuracy, perform daily forklift inspections, and support cross-training in DC functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to obtain forklift operator certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of equipment including dock stockers, reach and turret trucks, and forklifts to load and transport products within the warehouse.
• Complete orders timely by processing pick tickets, full pallet picking, and shuttling pallets for final order processing.
• Interact with management software systems and label printers; read work orders to determine material needs.
• Perform lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and other physical tasks; maintain inventory accuracy by scanning parts.
• Support cross-training in distribution center functions and conduct daily forklift inspections.
