Lippert Components in Goshen, IN is seeking a Production Associate to support the flow of production on a full-time hourly basis. You will collaborate with a team to move materials, verify part specs, and keep processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, moving materials between stations, assisting with repairs, and upholding safety and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements, directions, and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Observance of all safety rules and policies.
• Maintenance of material inventory.
• Movement of raw material through installation area.
• Assurance of proper parts specifications for chassis completion.
• Assurance of sufficient part supply at all processing stations.
• Movement of completed parts from installation area to shipping area.
• Assistance in repair work as necessary.
• Maintenance of good housekeeping practices.
