Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a warehouse associate for the Fortify Building Solutions operation in Monticello, IA. The role operates 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, handling forklift tasks, material movement, and order preparation for shipment.

You will use RF scanners and the ERP system to track inventory and process transactions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour with full-time benefits beginning on day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience or equivalent materials handling experience.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate designated machinery, forklifts, and material handling equipment to support shipping, warehouse, and manufacturing operations.
• Receive, move, store, pick, stage, load, and ship materials and finished products per procedures.
• Use RF scanning and ERP to track and document inventory transactions.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain organization and safety in the warehouse and shipping areas.
