Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support operations at our Mount Pleasant, IA location. The role involves loading/unloading, forklift operation, and handling materials with attention to safety protocols. You will assist with inventory and use ERP systems daily while contributing to a clean, efficient workspace.

The position is full-time on the 1st shift (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM) with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a large, national manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and products to support operations at the branch location.
• Operate a forklift, light manufacturing equipment, and construction tools.
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management including daily updates to the ERP system.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas.
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment.
