Job summary

Mountain King 2.0 LLC is seeking a forklift operator to support production in Minnesota. You will stage raw product, verify order numbers, and perform forklift inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, a current forklift license with reach experience, 2–3 years of forklift experience in a food manufacturing setting, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude with strong communication. Overtime including evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Current forklift license and reach truck experience required.
• 2-3 years of forklift operator experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime and weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Staging raw product on production floor for emptying into production line.
• Verify PO numbers against production schedule.
• Pre and post inspection of forklift.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain clean work area.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety laws and EarthFresh GMPs.
• Other duties as assigned by Production Manager or Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• High School Diploma
• Current license for Forklift and Reach Experience & Skills:
• 2-3 years of forklift operator experience (within a food manufacturing environment an asset)
• Positive and team player attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as required, which may include some evenings and weekends

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Staging raw product on production floor for the purpose of emptying bins and totes onto the production line.
2. Verify accuracy of purchase order numbers in accordance with the production schedule.
3. Pre and post inspection of forklift.
4. Perform house-keeping duties and maintaining cleanliness of work area.
5. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety laws and regulations and EarthFresh GMPs/policies and procedures.
6. Other duties as required by the Production Manager, Raw Product and/or Production Supervisor.
