Position Summary:

1. Transport incoming freight to inventory from staging areas for storage in the appropriate slots, on the multi-level racks in the assigned warehouse area.
2. Replenish / re-stock pick slots in a timely manner, ensuring all safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality standards are met.
3. Maintain the efficient flow of the production process.
4. Work as a team member within the department and organization, performing any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Responsibilities include:

1. Follow all work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines.
2. Ensure work area safety and report unsafe conditions immediately.
3. Review work schedule, perform safety checks on equipment, and prepare for operations.
4. Put on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
5. Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
6. Work from computer print-outs, established procedures, and instructions.
7. Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock items.
8. Remove and properly store empty pallets, cardboard, and strapping; inspect pallets for damage.
9. Use pallet jacks or forklifts to move pallets to proper storage areas.
10. Perform general housekeeping duties.
11. Manage forklift batteries, including recharging and inspection.
12. Secure equipment and complete paperwork at shift end.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of warehouse/distribution work experience.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Ability to lift 10-30 pounds regularly, up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
