Job summary

Job description

Essential Responsibility:· This position requires the oversite of the daily Shipping Dock Operations. This individual must be able to complete all functions related to the Safe Handling and Security of Finished Goods and Pass-Through products to NAMI Customers.· Controls Documentation by maintaining accurate shipping records and receiving paperwork. Ensures the accuracy of all documentation for Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) prior to submitting to SCM and Accounting.· Manages Time and Resources by using tools provided by the Company in order to maximize productivity and to accomplish tasks on time.· Keeps Management Informed by participating in meetings; and by reporting problems to Management verbally or in writing in order to avoid confusion and further problems.· Upholds Standards of Quality, Cost, and Safety by following the Company's standards and guidelines.
