Job summary

Vinyl Kraft Windows is seeking a Shipping Loader to safely load finished vinyl windows and doors onto delivery vehicles, with lifting up to 100 pounds. The role supports shipping operations and ensures orders depart on schedule from our New Boston, OH facility.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, verifying orders, maintaining the shipping bay, and adhering to OSHA PPE standards. Collaborative work with the Shipping Supervisor is required to prevent delays and damage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in shipping, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Willingness to work with minimal supervision after training.

Responsibilities

• Load finished windows, doors, and related products onto trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure placement.
• Unload incoming materials and supplies as needed.
• Inspect outgoing products for damage or defects before loading; report issues to Shipping Supervisor.
• Verify order accuracy against shipping manifests.
• Organize and maintain the shipping bay and loading dock, keeping areas clean and accessible.
• Follow safety policies, OSHA regulations, and PPE requirements.
• Communicate with Shipping Supervisor about inventory, equipment concerns, or scheduling conflicts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Shipping Supervisor or Operations Manager.
